We are not able to alter for reproduction and/or reproduce copy written images for any reason, without written consent and contact information of the copyright holder. This not only is because of the legal ramifications, but of our moralistic reasoning. We would not want soemone to steal our images, please do not ask us to do it. Depending on image age, a copyright may not be available or expired. Please feel free to contact us in regards to which kinds of images you need permission for.
When restoring photographs, sometimes due to extensive damage, some images may not be able to retain their original color. You will always be informed of your choices concerning this.
Although we hold no dicrimination over size, race, religion, sexual orientaion, or same sex couples, we will NOT under any circumstances do boudoir style photos with a subject under the age of 18. This is NOT negotiable. We will also not do full frontal nudity. For clarity, this means exposure of female or male genitilia. We will NOT photograph any sexual acts of any kind.
Although We work with animals, safety of all involved is our main concern. Due to size, breed, and/or nature of dog, you may be asked to keep your animal muzzled until time of image shooting. We have worked with so called "vicious" breeds and hold absolutely no bias to an animal based on its breed. Smaller dogs and ones apparently know to be non aggressive can still bite. So as mentioned, it would be for safety only. We strive to keep a clean, healthy environment for all of our clients, so due to allergies, and natural behaviours of animals, pet photography is not available in studio.
